One thing I've noticed about places that cut hair especially shitty ones is YOU HAVE TO BE FUCKING ANNOYING OR THEY WONT CUT IT RIGHT. you cannot be non descriptive. i remember the last time I got my haircut I annoyed the fuck out of my stylist and I could visibly see her getting grumpy but I got a good haircut lol.
