can I gain weight by drinking water? I wan to stop being fat so bad, I'll stop drinking soda and just drink water from now on.

If you're dehydrated then you'll gain a little weight... But otherwise, no. Water contains nothing in it to convert to fat or muscle.

Walk more. Walking is low frequency and burns fat deposits. If youre at home get a walking pad thing if you can along with a standing desk. Walk 10,000 steps a day everyday. You will lose weight fast.

Simply drinking water or whatever and not walking wont do much.

i want to make fun of you for asking this, but I won't. quitting soda is the easiest way for most people to lose weight. just drink tons of water when you're hungry, it'll curb your appetite for a while. high protein foods keep you full for longer. research nutrition a little bit, along with nutrition myths. good luck bro
