It does sound pathetic, but this is a fact of life. Even if you're not going for a sugar baby, women will just place a ton of value on how much you're worth monetarily. From what I've seen and from what other anons have told me on here, you get very little advantage as a man in the dating market with super good looks.

There are a few reasons for this:

Reason 1: Women fundamentally don't value men's bodies that much. If women placed a ton of value on a man's looks the same way men place a ton of value on a woman's looks, they would actually be seeking out male escorts and male sugar babies, but you virtually never see this, and when it does happen, it's going to be something like a 10/10 male sugar baby making as much as a typical 4/10 female sugar baby if not less.

Reason 2: Plenty of 8/10+ chads sleep around with even 3/10 beckies. Chad wouldn't want to admit to having slept with a 3/10, but this happens fairly often. Dating apps are mostly for hooking up, not dating, even though they're called dating apps, and those apps are also hypervisual, but irl, women are typically a bit less visual than men.
