I hear ya. It took me years of practice but I finally mastered the art of frying eggs over-easy and still keeping the yolks wobbly while ensuring the egg whites don't have any runny bits. They can carve that on my tombstone because at this point that's my greatest achievement in life and likely to stay that way 'till my death.
