I use Facebook purely for the marketplace feature since it doesn't really have a good competitor but any time I log in I briefly see the default feed and it is always loaded full of essentially nothing but AI videos and if you open up the comments there are thousands of boomers losing their minds.

I mean, not that often, but it's free to use, and people sell things at a fraction of the original price like >>81473370 states. Most of these used sellers simply want to get rid of things they no longer need and will accept essentially nothing in payment as long as you will move it for them. We live ina world of excess these days. All you have to do is find the right people who have too much in order to get what you need. I just got this table the other day that was $1600 new for $140. >>81473393 is also right though. You can end up with some real garbage if you are not careful. If it is cheap enough then it really doesn't matter to me but anyway. I am also looking on their right now for stackable washer/dryers. They're nearly $2000 new but people who are moving will routinely list them for free on Facebook. People with too much money. I get their leftovers which keeps me from having to wage like they do.
