You just have to improve and then perform better than the average player. Seeing a few instructional vids or practicing aim, etc. You apply what you learn, put on some low volume but chill music, and just adapt without expectations except to learn from your mistakes. Most people who fail at these kinds of games fail because they don't assess what they're personally doing wrong, but just blame external circumstances. If you take the "I'll do what I can and just chill" pill, you not only have more fun, but end up performing better because you're not so stressed and can focus on the task at hand.
