I had been growing my hair for about 2 years, but everyone was always telling me I should cut it so I finally did because I felt insecure.

I have short ugly hair now, I want my hair back. I can't even grow it out now, since I'll get conscripted in a year and then have to go bald. It'll be at least 4 years till I get my hair back, I hate this. I looked like Eren Yaeger with it, now I look like an npc. Every time I think about my or see my hair, I have this pain in my chest.

i usually get layers but at my length I dont want them as I like it thick but I also need to take it to a hairdresser for maintenance trimming soon, I dont want them to take too much off, thing is I like it at its current configuration of grown out layering, not all one length which I wouldn't like, not sure how I have it the way it is rn but just re trimmed. All my ends are healthy though and I go through it on my own to do bits of snipping, I eat a tonne of protein as I lift a lot so I'm thinking that helps, lots of biotin, oils etc
