I think estrogen is bad because it's something that disrupts the function of a healthy body, for lack of a better term. If you want to be a healthy man, you do not want to introduce any level of exogenous hormones at levels significantly outside the range of the norm. Even androgen hormones are harmful when exogenous. Estrogen doesn't keep you young. It gives a lot of users a sickly appearance. I think it's an important treatment in those who are deeply mentally ill and that's about it. I still think people should have the right to take estrogen, smoke heroin or whatever else they do, as long as it doesn't end up disrupting my day to day.
Look at the archetypal pretty boy. He's youthful, but at your mid 20s, you are still young. He's healthy first and foremost - clean, clear skin, looks like he eats a balanced diet. He does not do anything in excess and he's just an example of good genes and a good environment. You have control over the latter.

You know that tumblr girls go crazy over guys in vests. They slim the waist and are a decidedly masculine garment. Have you ever worn one? I think you might need to focus more on fashion, it's something that's deeply underrated among guys with our type of thinking. You think that there's male (t-shirt and jeans) and female (tons of types of tops, pants or skirts, outright dresses, jewlery - many choices for a maximalist!). You should be very deliberate about your choices as a man. Women get a lot of leeway for fashion choices that I don't agree with.
