Is there a way to keep your mind sane, if you're completely isolated? No friends, no partner, no family, no pets. I feel like it's a major contributing factor to me having been hopelessly addicted to the internet for many years. But is there a way to break out of it and to actually be healthy and very productive under such conditions?

its just not gonna work anon... isolation is really hard and awful on the human brain for long durations. if youre not willing to look for some friends, atleast play a social video game or smth where you can talk and interact with people a little to make isolation easier

the "answer" was gonna be to touch grass, go outside, leave the house, get off the internet. do literally anything that isn't on the computer
