I'll be 23 soon and find myself in the same position. The only time I might have been able to have sex was uni and since dropping out I've been a hikikomori.

Young love is overrated anon, there isn't anything glamorous about dating teenagers because we were all just idiots as teens, women included.

All the women I know are much better people now than they were as teens and young-adults-who-are-basically-still-teens. I'd rather date a 28 year old woman than a 20 year old because she'll be more emotionally mature and empathetic in how she treats you, herself and others.
