If their build doesn't support the weight. It is less true for men but can still be true for them. the same is true for a woman too, if her body type doesn't support the weight and instead of looking like a pixar mom she looks like a fattie then it is time to lose the weight

Problem with that kind of piercing is that even if you get rid of it and let it heal closed, the scars will be basically permanent and on a very prominent and noticeable spot on the face

They're gone now after I swapped to a different design.
