I spent the money my parents had saved for me rotting in my apartment, doing nothing. I've lost 15k, feel like killing myself at this point. I should've just got a job, its going to take me almost a year of saving with my current job to get that money back

you didnt lose 15k, someone GIVED it to you. i made more than that working in restoration for 3 months and tucked some away in bullion gold while leaving the rest in checking and just relaxing until i need to go back to work and get hired at a new franchise. thats the benefits of getting certification and going into a trade.
