Shows that she's a good nurturer and that is attractive but you also don't want to use up her milk supply.
I have had a taste during sex and it is hot but there is a strange attachment thing that comes with it. Ultimately the child comes first. If you induced lactation, I wouldn't know what the hormones would do.

It's not that bad hormonally if you induce it without drugs
With drugs, it depends on if you're doing it with your healthcare provider's knowledge or not
