Real talk: you think they got hot ass alien girls or would their biology be totally incompatible and weird? I'm in the camp that intelligent aliens would be super spooky and we'd struggle to even achieve communication. If you can achieve FTL travel then their technology would be advanced beyond our models of physics. Whose to say they even use language? I've seen ghosts 2 times in my life, like straight up physically saw them. I used to live in a haunted house which was my step-father's. It's a castle-inspired mansion so probably why they drew to that place as well, as well as all the negative energy. I was a child when all this happened. I have a ton of ghost stories, but I'll just focus on the ones where I actually saw them with my own eyes very clearly, not shadows or other, just very insanely clear sightings.
First story:
>Was playing ps2 all chillingly in my room upstairs, until I had that weird auditory hallucination I used to have when I was a child where I would hear someone call my name. I heard it in my cousin's voice so that kind of freaked me out. Apparently that kind of auditory hallucination is common in children.
>I couldn't shake the feeling that someone was looking at me from the closet. It was just eyes and it was freaking me out too much.
>Feeling was getting way too intense so I bolted to where my parents were which was downstairs.
>As I was sprinting downstairs, I could hear someone running after me which made me even more panicked and made me run faster.
>When I got the room where my parents were, which was the tv room downstairs, they had it locked so I was begging them to open the door.

Second story:

In high school I had an extremely vivid dream where I met this strange woman. I can still remember exactly what happened even if some of the details are still fuzzy. We were inside of the local church. We did not do anything. We just stood there, standing silently as we smiled at each other. I can clearly remember the way she firmly shook my hand.
I woke up and the visage was engraved into my mind. Even as I write this I can still see it. It was such a striking image that I decided to draw it on a piece of paper with coloring pencils. My mom looked at that drawing and told me it looked like her dead sister. In fact it looked A LOT like her dead sister, same hair, same nose, same eyes and everything.
This genuinely confused me, especially since I have never met this woman in my life. How in the world did my brain muster up a picture perfect caricature of a person I never met before? And who the heck was she even?
From what I was told she ran away from the family and started a new life somewhere in Texas. She cut off all and any contact from us for reasons nobody really knows. She later passed away from cancer. We had absolutely no idea what happened to her until one day one of my aunts happened to stumble upon her funeral while visiting a cemetery. I'm guessing it was either the husband or one of her kids who filled us in on the details.
Needless to say I was freaked out. My dad was skeptical about the whole thing but even he admitted to the resemblance.
I have no real logical explanation. I can only assume that her ghost visited me in my sleep. Maybe she wanted to visit a family member she never got to meet in the mortal realm. If so, why me? Do we have a connection of some sort? Was the universe trying to tell me something? Freaky stuff all around.

I honestly think they'd have similar reproduction to ours and possibly even fetishes. Who knows what they'd look like though. And depending on how smart individuals actually are, so is their tech based on thousands of years of progress instead of them being born with higher iq, they might see us as fellow beings or pets.
