I cant hear anything but loud humming with my right ear.

You dont know how bad it feels. I wanna run away from this noise but I cant because it's inside my head. Cant focus on anything else.
And it's far worse than some high-pitched ringing that tinnitus guys have. It's like I have a plug in my ear (or a washing machine) and I cant get it out

How long have you had it for? Did it start suddenly? Has it gotten worse over time? Any nausea? Any dizziness or light-headedness? Any pain? Does your ear feel full? Any discharge? Have you had much exposure to loud noise? Have you been unwell recently? Have you started any new medication recently?

Started 2 days ago. I thought it was ear mucus blocking the ear so I went to see a nurse who cleaned my both ears with water.
Sure, they were absolutely full of crap, so much so that she couldnt see my ear drum initally.
But this treatment didnt help, actually it just made the noise worse because it irritated my ear I guess.
She said my ear looked "slightly irritated" but nothing alarming.

I have no other symptoms, no balance or dizziness shit. I Just feel like I have a ear plug permanently stuck in my ear.
I've been listening to djent metal too loud my whole life with no issues.

Irrigation sucks, microsuction is much better. It might be that you have some impacted ear wax left; no way to tell without having a look, and nurses usually suck at otoscopy and bullshit their way through it.

If I were you, I'd see a doctor or audiologist to double-check and rule out sudden sensorineural hearing loss. If you don't treat that within a week, you're kind of stuck with it forever, really not worth risking.

It might not be SSNHL, but if you were someone I gave a shit about, I'd tell you to see someone asap, even if you sit in a walk-in for a few hours.

I also just took some ibuprofein to see if it's caused by inflammation or swelling or something.
