It sounds like you need to get out of there. You need to make as much money as you can in order to try to achieve that. Do you have a degree? If the jobs around you aren't good enough, then you need to swing a work from home job somehow. If you don't have any sort of skillset that's conducive to that, then now's a good enough time as any to learn.
