Lately I've been having delusions of grandeur about picking up art and trying to master the craft. Once every few months or so, I get this random urge late at night to sit down for hours and draw something on a notebook. Knowing nothing whatsoever about shape, perspective, anatomy, or any of the fundamentals, all I really do is try to copy a reference image one for one. Pic is my most recent attempt. Decided to add some colors on a whim as well. I do enjoy the process and result, but so far it has just stayed as a irregular side-quest of sorts and I have yet to take the plunge into learning it
I know you didn't ask for allat. I hope it can inspire you to create more things, however

I made her up from the dream I had last night that I had an illness that made my skin kinda always fall nd then heal and then fall again so when I woke up she got created based on that

What gives me doubt is that, to begin with, I can't "draw" anything from imagination even in my own mind's eye due to aphantasia. Still, you're certainly right, I won't know until I try

There's many popular artists with aphantasia I'm sure, just draw lines until it makes something cool!

Indeed. Being able to imagine is one of my greatest desires, and it's one that I can never have. I wouldn't even care for the artistic merits. I've come to terms with it since it's not something that I can control. In spite of it all, I still feel very creative. It's like my creativity is 100 and my imagination is 0, as bizarre as that sounds
