pretty much this, I think I have a fair chance on Sweden but Ive had no personal experience talking with them or anyone else who's a POC who moved there. I know for a fact via irls that France and Germany are pretty friendly towards blacks as well and have their own large/growing communities within the country. afaik about Spain just appreciate the culture and they dgaf.
