You have to pick a pose so you can 90+% rest into it, maybe rest on your toes / the ball of your feet and not on your ankles, maybe use your arms as extra support. Also consider pelvic tilt. It's gotta be a pose you can sustain.
Ofc you should be strong enough to hover for 10 seconds so you can be safe and reposition yourself.
