>young/old
these are relative terms
to a 15 year old 30 is old but to a 80 year old 30 is young
there is no objective definition of what is young or old

It's a cause and consequence of population decline. The center of gravity of population age is tipping ahead, so the majority of people see 30 as young people. It also means 30 year olds are less likely to be given responsibilities and make families.

At what point did it become old? Zoomers are the only generation that think anyone over 25 is a geezer. When I was a teen I didnt start to think someone was old till their 50s.

It's because Zoomers are the first generation that doesn't want to grow up. Every generation before couldn't wait to be an adult, but Zoomers all see how shitty being an adult is and don't want that.
