sometimes the bar might seem like that. but i think in general no one goes to the bar to hook up. normies have more straightforward ways of hooking up, even without the internet. most people won't even try to make friends with you, and the tendah definitely doesn't want to be your friend

your best bet is going with atleast one person else
it comes more natural if you're talking with that person and you can then mingle with other groups

My mom is a bartender and I go to see her, and the other women I see while I'm there are older and with their husbands.

When I was trying to re-socialize myself, I started going to a nearby bar and became a regular pulled a few women some became my gf for a bit, even got a bartender in my bed, after awhile I started getting sick of the bar drama, women trying to cheat, etc, so I stopped going.

Yes. I think it's easier if you're not by yourself, and it requires you to actually be social and not just sit by yourself austically. If you want to talk to bartenders, go to less busy bars that aren't clubs.
