Quantum immortality is a theory from the idea that the outcomes of every action occur simultaneously in their own parralell universes. No matter how you try to die there's a chance you'll survive, so variations of that 'version' continue on. There's an infinite number of variations, an infinite number of ways to survive. You can't be dead and conscious, so you effectively live forever. Even old age is no guarantee of an end, maybe there's an afterlife waiting or brain uploads to the cloud will arrive before you age out.
Since you're doomed to immortality your best option is to get comfortable and fix what you can about your life and surroundings.

I think you don't want to feel like that, which is why you made this post. You're looking for a way out other than ending. My reply was useless noise but you read it anyway so you're not just looking you're actively working on the problem. There's something living in you and it doesn't want to stop yet. Who would you advise to kill themself?

Reality never gets old, it's literally impossible to be aware of it all. Do you know about KGBFOAM or globigerina ooze? From the depths of the ocean to the reaches of space and it's filled with stuff doing all sorts of wild things together, it's up to you to keep looking for things to be interested in. If you're numb to it all that's a symptom of your body failing you, not evidence of an empty universe. Numbness is self-fulfilling and even if it wasn't there's hard work between you and feeling something. I think you would like to feel, which means you have fuel to work with, but it will always be work. We can't even prove the universe will end (heat death is just as much a theory as quantum immortality, dark matter may mean an endless cycle of crunch and bang) but you believe you have the answer to an entire life. Possible, but seems unlikely to me, especially when you're describing feelings so common they've been named. Maybe it isn't worth the effort but what if you're wrong?
