Abuse is not about types or how much, is about the negative consequences it leaves on you. You should nope the moment you acknowledge it.

I think if she verbally abused me more than once every two weeks, I would begin addressing it. If she tried to physically abuse me I would restrain her and address it. If I have to address the same things maybe 3-4 times I would just end it.
