I see people on social media who are so passionate about niche topics like art, music, computers, math or writing. How do you love stuff like this anons? I would rather spend my time obsessed with stuff that is actually useful than browsing this site or playing vidya.

Like one of my friends is super into working out and does it all the time,
another is super into cars and likes to work on cars and look at cars.

I've never really had anything like that. I kind of bounce around from interest to interest every few months
Right now I'm really into Sim Racing, but in a few months I probably wont be, I might still watch racing on TV but with less interest.
In a few months I'll probably be back into woodworking or something.

I just bounce around and gain slightly above average knowledge about a lot of things.
But I wish I was dedicated to something enough to actually have Master Knowledge and have a marketable skill.

yes! they are engaging in a courtship ritual. this species is pretty hedonistic, as they mate often without producing any offspring

pretty much everything I add is washed and/or sanitized in order to prevent hitchhikers. I mostly collect sticks, branches, foliage and fallen leaf litter for my tanks. most hitchhikers are harmless desu. in my area, I just have to watch out for centipedes and ants.
