You often hear older folk complaining about how they aren't as energetic or springy as they were in their youth. Eventually you just get used to feeling old and forget what it was actually like before it got worse.
That's what I'm afraid of right now and not realizing my potential during my prime years.

I'm 38 and feel basically the same as I always have. Just don't be a fat piece of shit and keep quitting jobs when a routine starts to set in and change your shit up.

Living a sedentary lifestyle as many do nowadays probably adds up over time. I'd imagine that if you're working out each day and eating good foods then you'd both look and feel young for much longer

I DUNNO since, y'know, I'm not old. God, imagine getting sagging skin on your face and when you wash yourself you have to lift up the skin folds to get a proper washin. I guess fat people do this already...

A rolling stone gathers no moss. When you get old, moving is not a luxury, but an obligation. The moment you start resting too much, you begin to rot even before you die. And if you continue to live, you never forget.
