Polygamy should be legal but only in a very strict sense that prevents gender ratio imbalances
Some men should be removed from the dating pool, and for every such man the men who are still allowed to date should get an additional woman

They can do whatever they want. A lot of people don't seem to understand what a relationship is anyway. Anything to get them to learn their lessons, and failing that, to make their lives miserable.

No. I think the only feasible way to do this is to take a small batch of men (twinks, femboys, men who fantasize about cuckoldry) and introduce them to this lifestyle. Build families where men date two women at once and gets served (sexually or otherwise) by the leftover man. The idea is that over time people convert to the new family unit as they see that the people practicing it are happier than the ones practicing traditional couple-based families.
