I mostly quit jerking off. Once I quit watching porn I found myself usually not wanting to jerk off. Huge part of it was also heavy usage of opiates. I'll binge non stop for a week or two then take several weeks off. Usually after a few weeks clean my sex drive returns a bit, but each time it returns less. These days I only very rarely feel horny. I probably jerk off once or twice a month at most.
