If you've interacted with a woman long enough past the point of knowing she has a bf at all to learn that the bf is also abusive, then you've already fucked up by trying to form a relationship with a taken woman. If you learn she's being abused kinda at the same time you learn about the abuser, I think you can get away with telling her that it's fucked up that it's happening to her and she should probably put together some kind of exit strategy.
