I think it would be super cool, because I think we have a really limited idea of what aliens could be like and if we ever met an alien it would blow our mind how different it was from our expectations. I don't think we'll ever encounter intelligent life, though.

According to Marshall Via Summers (the author of the "The Allies of Humanity" books) they see humans as a biological resource and they harvest our organs and blood for trading purposes with other galactic species, sound very retarded and i wouldn't trust him too much since he's a wannabe cult leader but it's an interesting theory nonetheless.
Another interesting theory is the one David Grusch gave (i might be confusing him with someone else im not entirely sure) who claimed they used our blood to power their saucers or something similar.

I would freak out too if I've seen one. But I think it's smart to develop a protocol/strategy, depending on your goal (communication or fleeing away), for what to do if we meet one. For example, don't appear threatening, try to communicate, don't touch them as we can transmit radiation to one anothers, and things like that.

There's not a lot to tell, it's just something that has periodically happened to me since I was a kid. They seem to have an interest in my family, it happened to my dad too until it started happening to me and then it stopped for him, they moved on with their attention to me. But no idea why they're interested in us or what for.

It's always the same though, they come at night with bright lights, I lose consciousness, they take me for their purposes, and return me when they're done, usually the next day. Sorry if it's not some amazing story but this is all it's ever been for me, exceptional/weird but mundane and it's just something I've learned to live with, because nothing has ever been able to prevent it.

Think about it for a second. What's the rarest resource in the galaxy? It's not any element, it's not even any mineral, it's life. A chair made from Earth wood would be worth several times its worth in gold on any other planet that is lightyears away. I already woke up to something like this video. It was a scary tree person and I just shoved my hand into it's face and... it disappeared. So yeah, you wake up ANYONE with some kind of bizarre creature directly over them you're going to scare the shit out of them. It's fucking retarded to do that to someone. If it's THAT clear, i'll probably get up and get closer to see if it disappears. If it doesn't, I'm killing it. I'm not turning the light on, I'm not going to walk around it, I'm going to grab it by it's stupid fucking head and if I make contact I'm going to curb stomp the fucker.
