Here's what would realistically happen:
>US would does a "no fly zone" over Iran
It would probably take the US about 48 hours to get air superiority. The rest of war being daily missile strikes on Iranian sites.
>Stocks will crash for 2 weeks then rebound
>Putin will condemn the war
He will offer "assistance " but it won't be jack shit beyond a couple hundred Wagner mercs
>China will claim a limitless alliance with Iran
But will do nothing to help Iran.

Iran will make a huge deal about it, especially if they capture a pilot, but it won't change anything. Iran will strike US bases in the region with missiles, and try to sink US cargo ships and oil rigs in the Indian ocean.

It probably wouldn't be too bad initially but it wouldn't be long before other players stepped in to counter US actions and people on the home front would be pretty pissed that more war debt was being raked up because of Jewish bullshit in the sandbox again.
