because it'll feel nice once you get in. i like to stand under really warm water and just let my thoughts go soft. just remember to stand in a few seconds of somewhat cold water before exiting or you'll feel kinda sluggish

i asked AI about this and it says warm water causes vasodilation and calms my fight-or-flight system and activates the parasympathetic nervous system. the warm water also causes one to sweat which also contributes to the fatigue i sometimes feel after long showers. sometimes i just sit and have a thousand yard stare for 15 minutes after getting out idk if anyone knows what i mean by that

i actually think normies, or at least the hypercookiecutter influencers showering 3-4 times a day are weirder than people who shower once a week or two (unless they have physically demanding jobs and smell like shit)
