Mine are pretty bad also. I've accepted that I'll probably die from infection at some point but what can you do? I can't afford a dentist.

Bad. I just finished eating an ungodly amount of Skittles for breakfast. I don't even like skittles. It was just the closest thing to me and I didn't want to get out of bed and start cooking.

Yeah. Only because I do t really cook. I have really bad energy levels and will avoid cooking at all costs.

Take vitamin K2. Give your mouth a break from food for more than 12 hours a day. Use vitamin D to help your body take up the calcium in your diet.
If you can find milk that isn't too processed - I suspect homogenization is the problem, but check for yourself in case the pasteurization is the problem - you can get calcium from milk. If not you may have to eat eggshells.

I would recommend some serious lifestyle change
you are probably looking at a lot of very expensive dental work so I hope you have the good insurance or something
I hope you find strength to take good care of your remaining teeth, and the fortitude to build better habits.
Once you build better habits with one thing it's easier to work up to ither things.
