I've gotten to the point in life where the high point of my week is grocery shopping and doing laundry on Sundays. Adult life isn't as amazing as TV and movies made it look.

How does one "improve" anything, though? I've already been through university (two degrees, not working in either field, no it was STEM), I'm not married, no kids, no relationships, can't really be bothered with nightlife/normie stuff, etc. It's like Sisyphus...stable, yet yearning for more.
