I'm 36 and tried to improove so hard, I had several burnouts. Now I'm basically disabled.

I'm 6'3, 230lbs and 15 percent body fat, I have an autistic skincare routine, do steroids, dress reasonably well. I earn an above average salary and own a house. I'm decently social, not risk averse, not addicted to anything and have different hobbies (I make alcohol, enjoy drafting/CAD and I'm in a political party)
All I learned by looks/lifemaxxing is that everyone is in their own head on what they feel like they're entitled to. I'm now considered an option by women, when before I was treated politely but coldly. My actual success is less than it was before, but I do get treated way better in life generally

same. at 18 i saw that it was better to give up and take the L and it hasn't bothered me since. these days i genuinely cant imagine sharing my apartment with someone and not being alone. but i always had a schizoid disposition. sometimes i wonder how different things could have turned out if pivotal childhood moments were slightly different, or if i was born slightly less sensitive etc

Theres little to improve, what little there is can be chalked up to talking to more people. And that blaming the guys here and telling them to improove is just another kind of victim blaming when the problem is the women wont improve themselves while holding higher and higher standards and expectations while offering no loyalty or improvements to the guys life themselves.
