i tried joining one of the biggest 4chan related discord servers and it wasnt worth it. literally everybody in there seemed like either an underagefag grooming victim or a pedophile, either way nobody there actually used the fucking website because they all had tiktok humour and never actually spoke about r9k, 4chan or any imageboards for that matter despite making it their entire identity and aesthetic. the general chat was just the same group of established namefags jerking each other off with a few randoms who kept trying to occasionally butt in. it was just so cringe and i decided not to bother with trying to befriend people on discord after that

The only time I really made friends is through an incel discord server(dbdr) was fun as fuck at first but it fizzled out after half a year.
The other time I made friends was when I had a mutual problem with some people.
But in the end of the day it's all internet shit better meet people irl if you have the mental capacity to do so.
Ive accepted that I'm an adult now who is antisocial and has problems with everyone and will probably stay alone forever besides some loose acquaintances here and there.
