How many years has it been since you stepped foot in a gym?
How many months has it been since you consumed something healthy and nutritious? When's the last time you finished reading a book?

1, and I have it in my 2nd bedroom
0, today
a month ago, it was a 5000 page light novel. Books are just a medium and anyone who thinks reading books make you smarter than someone reading a computer screen or other form is a moron.

Coping this hard. Pic related is the same guy: left is when he was a distance runner with a marathon PR of 2:04. Right is when he gave up distance running (he very rarely runs) and started weight lifting. The most cardio he does is mostly farmer walks and cutting his rest between sets very low.

Cope.

many, home gym master race
>How many months has it been since you consumed something healthy and nutritious?
I cook at home seven days a week, usually it's healthy and nutritious enough, I'm not on some restrictive diet or anything but I pay attention to what I eat and my macros
>When's the last time you finished reading a book?
It's been a while, usually when I have time to relax it's time to sleep or eat. Obviously I'm on here so I could better utilize that time

Explain why it takes more mental capacity to read a book vs. a screen without saying something about the content. You can't because that's retarded.

I haven't stepped into a gym since I was 16, I workout at home like every deranged 30+ year old NEET should.
To answer your question, I'm close to hitting 2 years since the start of my fitness journey, there were some lulls, but I worked out more often than not.
