Asian women are flat and most of them are ugly. Occasionally you do get a cute one here and there that didn't require massive amounts of makeup or surgery.
Do I wish I was cuter and more feminine in general? Yeah. Do asian women make me jealous? Not really. If I had envy of them, it would be that they tend not to get judged for wearing cute non-sexuallized clothing. If I wear a loose leg flora pants and an oversize cardigan I look Im wearing my grandma's clothes and am expected to wear something more casual (form fitting and mildly sexual) or I get stared at. They do it and it's cute because they're asian.
I had a weeaboo phase when I was younger and working a few years in asia destroyed my yellow-wonder, so that may be influencing my opinion.

Nah, the only race that makes me insecure are white women. Asian women can be absolutely cute but they're ultimately a NPC race (extremely abundant and they almost all look the same, brown eyes, brown skin that they need to bleach, brown hair) but white women can look like main characters or nymphs.

A pale redhead with green eyes and pink nipples/vagina makes me sigh with sadness and envy. They also make up less than 1% of Earths population so they are rare and precious.
