Does being tall (6ft2+) really make life easier?

seems kind of cringe to walk around an art gallery with your unbuttoned shirt like that,, if it were some bimbo in a miniskirt and cleavage it would be cringe too, there were no women gawping at him either

I think it made the bullying in school less physical for me. they never touched me. I didn't even believe old school bullying, like shoving into lockers and toilets was a real thing until talking to manlets about it years later.

it makes you stand out more. if you're already attractive then this will obviously be a good thing.

I'm 6'2'' in a country where that makes me taller than over 90% of men. It does help in that it cancels out some of my social retardation, but not all of it. Still, it means I had no trouble getting a decent job and the people I work with all respect me by default. Women almost always treat me well and some try to flirt with me or touch me, but that's where my social retardation comes in and negates any chance at success.
So overall it helps a lot but it won't carry you on its own. You still have to be neurotypical and have at least an average face.

Yes but that guy is also in good shape and has a model face, perfect teeth, and a full head of hair. You could nerf him to 5'6" and he'd still pull with all those other chad traits.
Being tall helps but it's not everything

Yeah I have this experience naturally where I had a growth spurt into my 20s and went from 5'8" to 6'2" really bizarre and the way people treated me completely changed. I might make a greentext about it later.

Yeah I'm not sure what it was, but I've heard some other people had even more extreme growth spurts in their 20s like Dennis Rodman 5'8 to 6'7. The men in my family were all above 6 foot so I was super pissed that I ended up below average in my 20s.

It's not an end-all-be-all to be tall. It compounds if you're already a good looking person, but if you're a loser like me, being 6'2 doesn't add much to my value.

Yes, undoubtedly. I'm 6'2 and can confirm it makes people treat you differently even if you're an autistic. I work in a laboratory alongside mostly women and a couple brown men (short). Multiple times, I've watched people come into the lab to drop off specimens and they will walk past other people to hand it to me. I'm the youngest person in the lab and the least experienced but I look like some sort of authority figure (tall and white = must be important) so I get treated like one.

its weird people deny tall privilege when deep inside everyone knows being tall is desirable

People stare at me in public but it's more because I'm an exotic-looking mix in a predominantly white area. Men and women (more so men) regularly approach me and ask me what I am and minorities will just start speaking their native language to me. I figure I must kind of be attractive but I'm also a friendless loser so who knows.

Easier to endure denial symptoms than to swallow the treatment of truth. That being said, I've met plenty of fat and short dudes with wives so height is only a bonus. The dealbreaker is your charisma.

Maybe. Best tall experience I had was while working as a waiter sometimes (more than once) people thought I was the head waiter just because I was the tallest. Chill head waiters would laugh as they gave the house tip to me, a regular rank and file guy.
