I'd guess it usually happens after the talking has failed. If the partner refuses sex or has a much lower libido then it's the only way.

It takes a lot of money and a lot of time finding the right therapist for you. In fact, any good therapist will tell you their role isn't to heal or to solve anything. Talking vs taking action are two very different things. And going to therapy won't make you more attractive in the eyes of women. In fact, paying just to talk to someone might make you feel even more pathetic, lowering your confidence and thus your chances with girls. Paying for an escort girl is more fulfilling and validating imho because at least you get hot sex out of it, and some escorts are very good cuddlers and can make you feel a bit more confident.
