To not self diagnose on the internet. Attachment is a requirement for real love, fear, anger, and grief are common at loss of relational status or when it is threatened. People need to stop pathologizing normal behaviour as extreme BPD type behaviour to justify engaging in wacky unhealthy bullshit.
