What the fuck is this advice supposed to do? I naturally do all these things besides limiting vices since I eat too much sugar and shit food (since frankly food is the sole thing in life that still makes me fucking feel something, though I don't even eat fast food, just the food I make for myself is unhealthy).
What is it supposed to make me accomplish?
