find a way to move out as soon as possible and go no contact

work hard every day to find a job and save money and find friends (in part for flatmates, but also a social life) so you can move out, all the while telling him every day what he is doing is wrong and asking him what is problem is giving him ample opportunity to change, then one day when you're ready to rent your own place and move out tell him you gave him an opportunity to change, thank him for the few happy memories you have, but you have your own life to live and you're done with him

My moms ex bf let me stay with him once he found out. CPS got involved (I was 16 at that time) and then told me I'm a retard and left.
I'm broke half the time but I don't go out much anyway. Just eat what I have, and study. Luckily the one friend I do have gets a ton of money from her parents so she doesn't mind paying for us when I see her.

Make sure you have somewhere safe to me. If you're planning to sleep rough, they will likely find you. But I can still give advice for that.
Cut contact and only kiss ass to your dad if you need money (if he even has). He will become conditioned to give you more in hopes of seeing you again, and you got yourself a paypig like twice a year maybe. Find somewhere safe to stay. Don't waste money buying videogames or new clothes. Try get good grades for a scholarship. Your only way out forever is a good job, unfortunately. It will be a major shock at first, I only properly settled after around 6 months or so. Please stay safe.
