It's fairly cheap and in most cases financial aid pays off most of it. im the same way, i went to high school for a couple years at the end and i cant recommend it. everyone else there is reaping the rewards of more than a decade of building social relationships and learning how to interact, you just dont have the skills to operate on the level they are. if anything i was sadder during those years because i was painfully aware how different i was. so, dont be bitter your attempt to go to school was unsuccessful, it probably wouldnt have helped.

ive met a lot of other homeschool kids like us, on this board especially. i dont think theres any way back. people talk about how neeting rots your brain and makes it impossible to integrate back into society, but for us our first most impressionable years of life were spent neeting. over a decade. theres no way back, most of those i meet arent even capable of holding a job. your parents ruined your life before you were old enough to protest. it will be easier if you accept it now and dont spend years fighting an uphill battle towards normalcy like i did.
