i think it's a descriptive label and not a prescriptive one. Most practice gf scenarios are not when a guy decides to have a practice gf. I think what happens is that a young guy is inexperienced and desperate for a relationship and starts one with the next woman who says yes, maybe aiming lower than he ideally would. Then as he has that relationship experience, he either realizes that being single is better than dealing with the difficulties of dating someone you don't super like, or, as been observed many times, the aura of a man in a relationship unconsciously attracts other women, and the man finds someone who he likes better than the initial girlfriend. After the fact, that initial gf might be described as a practice gf, but it was not the guys original intention for her to be that.

If she's a nonvirgin she has no value. She should be grateful for the chance to have a pretend boyfriend. If she actually cared about relationships she would not have been a whore.

I didn't. I waited to find someone I was crazy about. I did date casually but didn't try to escalate until I knew I really liked them, which almost never happened.
