>>81594183Idk, imagine the placement of your hips when you just first to do a proper squat, where you dip them back very slightly, right at the beginning of the range of motion. You basically pause there and then with the ass muscles sort of do a squeezing push motion and then just pulling back the opposite way. I always tried using the legs or rocking the hips and it never felt right, but this was smooth as shit and felt almost effortless while going in and out in a super fluid motion
