I'm from /x/, the karmic conditions haven't been met for his reincarnation. Here's the criteria needed:
>1st world warrior society, w/recent combat experience going through social upheaval
Only really America (military base families) and UK and only within military families/dynasties

These push mythical traditionalism on a epic-scope that the usual conservativism doesn't. Germany had a shit ton of these from the 1880s-1920s

There are no societies that currently fit this criteria. Although ONE could possibly become that way: Pacific Northwest. The white nationalists already intuitively know this hence why they're trying to move there enmasse ("American Redoubt"), tech-futurists like Gene Roddenberry intuitively knew this hence why the capital of Star Fleet is in the Pacific Northwest. Cascadian society is: left-libertarian (unlike usual blue state authoritarian-socialist) anti-zionest, unwittingly believe in a master race (via "hybrid vigor" the idea being the more mixed you are the more genetically superior you are), have massive state of the art military bases, have two space companies with functioning space craft, have have huge amounts of tech infrastructure, and tolerance for non-organized spiritual beliefs, and a tendency towards unwitting fascism with a socialist coating of paint over it. All the factors for another quasi 3rd Reich.
