Half of the users on this board suffer from some kind of body dysmorphia, whether it stems from their height, face, skin color, whatever bothers them.
How do we fix this, bros? How do you love yourself?

Why wouldn't I hate myself? Women hate the way I look and it prevents me from attaining a relationship.

It's not body dysmorphia if it's correct.

Recovered femcel here, hit the pilates and gym until i felt hot enough to be in public, took up crochet and hobbies to meet people and socialskillmaxx, put all my energy into my research and work, exposed myself to the real world and realised that nobody actually cares about insecurities except the schizoretards on here. This place is an echo chamber your mind will inevitably ingrain the general consensus on here if you read it for long enough

you can never learn to truly love yourself unless someone else proves you that you can be loved

Hahahahaha
The average normal person has positive reinforcement throughout their developmental years and beyond which reinforces a positive body-image.
People like us either learn to accept ourselves or become mindbroken insecure fags like Andre Tate and David Goggins.

I believe this down to my soul, no amount of self-love will ever help until someone else shows me that I'm worth loving.

The advice would be to not think about yourself too much and focus on things other than your looks i.e. your hobbies or interests. Looks fade with age but knowledge or skills last (unless you get dementia). Humans were not meant to see themselves as much as we do. If you really don't like your looks then try your best to work with what you have and start improving your looks by working out or something like that tp gain more confidence

The most effective general-purpose approach is to minimize toxin exposure and maximize nutrition. It's the best way to make yourself look better. It also makes you much less neurotic and more confident regardless of how you look, due to having the right biochemistry to support feeling good in general. The only issue is that virtually everyone is wrong about how to accomplish this due to extreme brainwashing. It also can't do much for your bones unless you have a few specific problems, and undeveloped or deformed bones are most people's biggest issue with their appearance.

The only issue is that virtually everyone is wrong about how to accomplish this due to extreme brainwashing. It also can't do much for your bones unless you have a few specific problems. A lot of people's biggest issues with their appearance come from undeveloped or deformed bones, so it's truly over for a lot of people. Their quality of life could still be improved a lot, but it won't make them (much) taller unless they're still a teenager. Some people's faces improve a lot, but I've never seen something like retrognathia get better without surgery. I would only recommend surgeries if they were low-risk, and if you're actively undoing your biochemical sabotage. I dislike the idea of people lying to everyone about their genes and health by getting cosmetic surgeries, especially if it leads to reproduction, but if they properly address their toxin exposure and nutrition they can produce children that are much healthier than they ever were. Don't just get surgery and call it a day

Body dysmorphia is not a thing, but most people here could do with a shower, some skin product and laying off the junk food

>graph of survey where women were asked to seperately and independently rate men on a looks and a personality scale and there was a near 1:1 correlation.
>study that shows that the exact same application just with an conventionally attractive or unattractive face attached to it will drastically change how likely a candidate is considered for hiring or promotion
>study that shows even in childhood, teachers and parents tend to show slight preferential treatment for better looking children
>graph that shows how women rate over 70% of the male population as BELOW average looking (never mind thats not how averages work, *girl math* am i right?)
>meme where woman replies to word-for-word exact same pickup line spoken by chad or ugly guy with endearment or revulsion respectively.

I miss the women hate generals, not because I hate women, I don't, but because I like knowing.
The undeniable truths dropped in those threads, the infographs, the chadfishing experiments, the links to studies, the anecdotes.
Those threads truly broke me, I will never believe that a woman is capable of truly loving me, I will simply jerk off to their naked bodies on my screen until the end of my days since their hearts aren't something I could ever reach, as sad and painful as that reality is.
