What if once you're finished growing everyone took hormones to understand the opposite sex, and then went back? Everyone whose been through this process would have boobs and a deep voice no matter what gender they are, but bone structure won't change because you already finished growing.

in fully automated luxury gay space communism, there are no women, and the population of men is fixed, they can take hormones to grow boobs to whatever size that pleases them aesthetically, have minimal responsibilities, and when they are tired of living, can choose to recycle their biomass into a new human life form.
