>stress yourself for no reason
>age yourself for no reason
>lower your base testosterone level to heal the damage
>all worth it because your body releases endorphins when you stop to reward you for escaping danger
you could get the same kick from cutting yourself

>stress yourself for no reason
there is a reason, it's good for you and makes you happy
>age yourself for no reason
moderate exercise slows down aging
>lower your base testosterone level to heal the damage
moderate exercise increases testosterone

I like the feeling after working out. Its a pleasant pain. I hate working out. Its mind numbingly boring in the literal sense. I need mental stimulation and im not a listen to podcasts or whatever kind of guy. I still go everyday but man do I just want to get it over with.

>there is a reason
No there isn't, you're just misinformed.
>it's good for you and makes you happy
No it isn't good for you and can only make you exhausted if anything.
>moderate exercise slows down aging
No it doesn't. Your claim is based on social media brainrot and uneducated dumb people.
Stress is bad for you. Less stress is better than more stress but it's still bad.
>moderate exercise increases testosterone
Testosterone is an antioxidant. Yes, exercise spikes the amount of testosterone in your blood momentarily but so does cutting. It is released to heal you because you hurt yourself but your baseline when you don't hurt yourself drops.

I didn't know that. What if I cut myself after lifting? Will it last more for 24hours?

Probably, both depend on how much you do them and can last from 30 minutes to hours. That's basically the psychology of masochism - the more you hurt yourself the more endorphins your body releases to distract you from pain.
