It isn't so much about me having requirements but more about compatibility, as in just enjoying each others presence, even if she was a virgin but she wasn't attracted to me or she loved clubbing and getting drunk, or she just wasn't able to feel comfortable with me or whatever then it wouldn't work.
I suppose for other requirements, I want kids in the future so if she's against that it won't work. I'd also want her to either not be obese or for her to agree to go on a weight loss journey with me, which is a bit hypocritical so I can see why that would turn people off.
